		<description>I think the problem with saying, "adults take responsibility," is that Kanye et al. are not adults, but merely children who do adult things. He has no problem being a man-child, because he still gets purchasing power and attention. 

Only when we take these things away will he learn that having a sense of etiquette and consequence is, indeed, important.</description>

Unless you are a deadbeat who doesn't work, you won't pay anything. You are wanting a utopia. Look at England and Canada, for instance. I live in Florida and we have foreign citizens coming here every day to receive the health care they can't get in their homeland with socialized medicine - oops- I said the "S" word.</description>
